Kelli J. Stump is the owner and principal attorney at Stump Law in Oklahoma City, OK. With nearly two decades in a practice limited primarily to immigration law, Kelli focuses her practice on complex removal defense, “crimmigration” matters, family-based immigration with an emphasis of waivers of inadmissibility, and citizenship and naturalization. Kelli works closely in leadership with the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), an organization comprised of over 18,000 members, where she is currently the Immediate Past President of the National Executive Committee. She has served in numerous other roles, including Annual Conference Chair, an elected director on AILA’s Board of Governors, and Chair of the Texas/Oklahoma/New Mexico Chapter. She has also served as chair of the EOIR and ICE committees, and she has served as member of many National AILA Liaison committees including several conference planning committees, the Membership Committee, and the Publications Committee. Kelli has also been recognized by her peers in Best Lawyers and as Lawyer of the Year for Immigration Law in Oklahoma City, OK. She has authored several articles on immigration law, and she has served as an editor for several AILA annual conference handbooks and fundamentals books. Kelli is a previous board member of the Oklahoma County Bar Association. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law where she has also served as a board member of the Alumni Association.
Cassidy E. Walsh earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of Oklahoma and received her Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2023. She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).
Born in Canada, Cassidy became a naturalized United States citizen in 2018. Having personally navigated the immigration process, she brings first-hand understanding of its profound impact on individuals and their families.
Inspired by her own immigration experience, Cassidy wrote her law school personal statement about pursuing a legal career in this field. After graduating, she began her legal career at Stump Law, where she practices exclusively immigration law. Cassidy’s path through the U.S. immigration system has come full circle, from navigating it herself to advocating for others.
